Even though The DaVinci Code gets all the play, this novel is the best of the series and having finished The Lost Symbol nothing in that book changes that. This book features the best balance of story and historical and scientific info in the series. It reads well from beginning to end not becoming the chore it could some time be to read the next two novels.

I could not put this book down from the moment I started reading. I managed to finish it in 3 days considering I have to squeeze in a job in there somewhere :( I definelty recommend this book. The movie was very disappointing they changed the ending and a few other things. It's still worth watching if you have not read the book

I liked this book better than Da Vinci Code, it is more exciting and interesting. I heard the movie was great for non readers, i haven't watched it yet, i might get disappointed. :p Dan Brown surely knows how to keep readers from finishing the book in one sitting. for me there was no stand by mode =)

the story is interesting. I think you can really tell it's a first Novel. I found the conversation so trite. I stopped reading. Waiting for the movie. I hardly ever do this but by page 150, I had enough! I loved Da Vinci Code. Maybe it was my mood. Anyone else feel the same?
