“I think theres no one who can write about love & pain with such poignancy than Eric segal...he does it again in this novel which displays unrequited love that comes around with the wheels of faith... a must read for all the Segal fans”

Yes | No“My heart broke when he goes back to the Dr's camp & lives alone in the quarter in which he had spent blissful days(& nights) with his beloved.And again when he meets her as doc vs patient & learns of her immense sacrifice to keep him alive. But times r so diff now; he is so much in love wit his wife( werent they soul mates,anyway?);she has been so unhappy her whole life & yet when they meet... u live their pain. So searing, u bleed for ur own lost love.”

I have read it more than a 25 times and whenever I want to feel better, I read it and it never grows old or tires me. It can rejuvenate people and give us a sense of hope that intense love is possible even in a cruel and materialistic world, in which we now live.I highly recommend reading it. ”

“the most romantic book i have ever read. i am basically a guy who loves thriller,action sort of books.but this one changed me completely, a must read for all people who like romance and also for thriller lovin people(read this book and you ll know the difference) ”
