Hey Nostradamus!: A Novel (Coupland, Douglas)

Certainly the best of Coupland's works, and the only one, in my opinion, that deserves any place in the pantheon of truly great literature. Maybe it's a fluke, but I think his work on the broad (and difficult) themes of family and religion has never worked better within the context of this story.

Read it around Nov 2007. Good read / Good Coupland. Think of it as columbine from the victims perspective...

Loved this book... left me wanting a little more closure. But overall very touching... Coupland is amazing as usual.

I read "Eleanor Rigby" by Coupland and thoroughly enjoyed it. So when I saw this book on the discount rack at Barnes and Noble for some ridiculously low price, I couldn't pass it by. And I'm so glad I didn't.

What I enjoyed most about the book was the way the story was told from four completely different points of view. I've seen it done before, but rarely as well as Coupland did here.

    Bravo!
