Liked It “A very interesting story of survival in the most severe of circumstances. The Russian backdrop was intriguing, and I liked learning more about Russia and it's people during the Cold War. Didn’t Like It “This book was okay. It is about an American spy in Russia in the early 1990's, it is billed as fiction, but I imagine much of it really happened. It was an interesting personal story with some amazing experiences, but a bit long on the personal aspects, and at times sounded like a commercial...” see full review » see other reviews » |

“Interesting story. It could have (and should have) been told in 20 pages. I didn't connect with the characters. A lot of nothing happening. Still, an interesting experience to have read about.”

“Amazing detail! Mike Ramsdell is stuck in Russia and goes through several near death experiences that make it so you can't stop reading it! Plus, it's a true story!”
