  “I just recently saw this book in my local book store. (Haven't bought it yet, since the store copy had some page tears, but will buy a copy, next month.) Nice book with tons of info; all about AMERICAN-MADE wine and dairy products as well as recipes. Great book for the wine enthusiast....”
