a lot of great cooking and food information, but i find that most of the recipes are more for when you have company (and i never have any) than for daily family meals. hopefully i'll get a chance sometime to make some of this stuff, because it looks great.

    it has all the information that you could need for every day cooking. I use it the most for trying to figure out how to substitute cocoa for unsweatened baking chocolate.
