It's steps to a better relationship with food are essential and the recipes sound delicious. I think that this is really how a lot of europe eats and it is refreshing to see something that is not about deprivation. There is a lot of simple common sense wound together with her story of how she came into the knowledge that she has today. If you need bump in the right culinary direction is this a good bet. ”
