In this book, Mireiile Guiliano, a CEO living in America, but France-born, proposes a lifestyle that is like the French (according to her), and that won't make you fat. French women are better at most things, she would have you believe, but especially at their approach to food. Never one to like country-wide generalisations, I found it hard to believe that "all" French women eat more healthy and above all, are more clever in their food choices than "all" American women.
