I learned to let go of a lot of unnecessary stress.”

“When I saw the title of this book I thought, "That's not me! I don't care if everyone likes me. I can say no." Then I started reading Meyer's words and many of the situations she described sounded familiar. Subconsciously I was seeking approval. There were times when I was reading this book that I felt like Meyer was speaking directly to me; breaking down my walls, healing my hurts and strengthening my backbone. As Meyer states when you realize what drives you, you can make changes. I have started making changes in my life and the way I think about myself thanks to this book. I truly believe that anything is possible with Jesus. ”

“For anyone who has a problem saying "NO" or "Just being who you are" this book is a great book to read. :)”

“I actually listened to this on audiobook so that I could really hear it with my heart. This is an area that I have always struggled with: approval with underlying issues of fear of rejection. Joyce had some encouraging and practical ways to help.”

“This book has a lot of great lessons in it for me. You only need to please God, and let him take care of everything else is the bottom line. Read the book though, whether you crave others' approval or know someone who does. There is plenty of good content in this most helpful book.”

“This book is awsome!!! I mean Joyce Meyer cover a wealth of issues that we all can relate to in some area of our life. If you can't read the book, lisen to the CD's. It's really an eye opener.”
