I actually have the original "Moosewood Cookbook" which was published in the 1970's and which contains Moosewood Restaurant recipes. Though it's been around a while, it is my "new" favorite cookbook. My kids can't get enough of the Best Split Pea Soup when I make it. The book contains economical, nutritious, flavorful recipes.
