The sequel to Where the Wind Blows, this is the first of the avian-human hybrid books that Patterson wrote. This is the more adult version of the books, written before the Maximum Ride series for children. This book was so hard to put down, and when it was it was almost immediately picked back up again to finish reading. James Patterson did not disappoint with this book and his style of writing is exhilarating and talented.”

Also, I didn't know until I logged the book here but this is actually the second book in the series (is two a series?) but it was so well written that I didn't miss not having read it. As this was anothe raudio book, I must add that the male/female readers really played into the good guy/bad guy feel.”

It is seeping with ethos as the character's lives take twists and turns only to be seen by literary gods. It uses such elements as James Patterson uses throughouts his works.”
