This is a great book, lively written. Buchholz looks at the ideas of some of the greatest economists: Adam Smith, David Ricardo, John Stuart Mill, Karl Marx, Alfred Marshall, and Keynes. He also looks at the monetarist, public choice and rational expectations schools. For anyone interested in economic ideas, this is a must read.
