    I like that Danielson classifies the core responsibilities of a teacher. After a busy day that is always emotionally, mentally, and physically draining (and fun!!), I often wonder if I am really being an effective teacher. Using Danielson's clear guidelines will help me reflect upon strengths and weaknesses. I recommend the book to any teacher---from the novice to the veteran.
