“While I realize that this book is one woman's memoirs while working with serial killers, I can't help but think that she wants as much attention as her subjects. I listened to the audio book and she often mispronounces simple words and her delivery is flat and lifeless. She can speak about the weather and the vicious decapitation of a child in the same bland monotone.

Her theories are interesting, but she doesn't prove her point and the useless final chapter/track on potential...”
