This is a fabulous cookbook. It is so well written. The introduction is a book in itself and educates its reader all about real food and real nutrition. Each page that lists recipes also reveals even more info about real nutrition and documented studies that dispell nearly all information we are...

Ge-wel-dig boek.

I truly read this book from cover to cover. It looks like a cookbook, but it is so much more. Highly recommend reading the information and then cooking the delicious recipes.

This is a book I would love to own. I didn't really "read" through it because a lot of the book is recipes of traditional food (real food). It would be a fantastic cook book to have in the kitchen.

Amazing details of a truly healthy, natural diet. There's so much info in this book that is contrary to what most American's know about a healthy diet but most of the views matched my own views and answered some questions I had and questions I never even knew to ask. It can be overwhelming to imgaine making all the changes they talk about in this book, even though I never considered my diet to be the SAD. I had to set the book aside until I decided to make one change at a time. I have seen a difference in my health since making the changes I have so far and makes me excited to make more changes.

Ok, so I can't really claim to have read every single page of this thing.... However, this is the best cookbook. It contains SO many recipes that need to be reincorporated into the daily diet of Americans. I truly believe in the power of eating a "traditional diet" For more info. go to www.westonaprice.org
