There's so much info in this book that is contrary to what most American's know about a healthy diet but most of the views matched my own views and answered some questions I had and questions I never even knew to ask. It can be overwhelming to imgaine making all the changes they talk about in this book, even though I never considered my diet to be the SAD. I had to set the book aside until I decided to make one change at a time. I have seen a difference in my health since making the changes I have so far and makes me excited to make more changes. ”
