Searching through many cookbooks, this one truly hits the mark for understanding foods and our dietary requirements. Myths about the foods we have been told are good for us only to enhance the pockets of big business.
Sally Fallon exposes the stories behind the myths and the fallacies we are being sold. This book is a must if you want to keep yourself and your family free from illness and disease.

Great traditional recipes. This has a lot of fermented drinks that one needs to acquire a taste for.

This is probably my most useful cookbook. It has some weird recipes, but some that I love and believe in. But the best part of the book is that it is packed with information. I have learned so much from this book about food, nutrition, and society.
