I had a friend who had read every Mandie book, and she loaned me huge stacks of them. I read them all, but I was an adult. Perhaps these books are better when reading them as a child, but I found them to be somewhat, um, squishy? Yes, I know they are Christian fiction, and I ams a Christian, however, I was not impressed with them overly. Of course, I still read them all, but I'm just that kind of person! =)
