Amazonia combines lost jungle tribes with "Out break".

James Rollins is definitely improving. His story pacing is less frantic and the details of the story are able to sink in more and engage me.

Of four JR books read, Deep Fathom is still my favorite thanks to a slight bias towards ocean stories but Amazonia comes in a close 2nd.

A thriller all the way but lame climax knocks the stuffing out of it. Is this a James Rollins trademark to have a good thriller finish off with lame endings?!! But then I guess a good carry through & then a good ending is not all authors' cup of tea!!
