“Very interesting story about the summer a 15 year old boy spent on his father's ranch and the National Forest where his father was the ranger. This is part of a trilogy and is the best of the 3. Chronologically, this one starts in the middle, the second book goes back farther to the grandfather and his immigration from Scotland, and the last one is following the same 15 year old boy in his 65th year and a tour of all of Montana on the event of their centennial.”
