The author, tackles the issue of " to date or not to date". H e gives practical advice, I admire the author so much. I 'm firmly convinced that dating is not sinful but I'll only date one guy, who has qualities of a husband. I will date for the purpose of marriage.
this book is a good read. it's very practical and would help you to know what you have to know about a God-honoring relationship especially this time.
Wow, what a book. I got this as a Christmas present and once I started reading it, I did not stop until I finished it. Initially, I was not interested in it because I had the impression that it was a preachy book that quoted Bible passages on every page. But my friend who gave it prodded me to give it a shot, so I did. I love the book's honesty. I found my self underlining passages, making notes in the edges and crying as I turned the pages. This book changed my perspective in dating and relationships.
the book encourages us to stay pure until we are ready to get married. it is a struggle to be pure but it is all worth it..when we wait..
I guess, If you wanna have someone right now never try to read this book....hahaha perhaps, it will tell you to wait.but If you were a kind of person who's willing to wait for the right one..You should try it!!
this book doesn't tell the people that they should stop dating. it really means that you must stop 'dating' as what the majority of the people do today (e.g. intimacy without commitment & sex before marriage). the author wanted to tell the people most especially the young ones that you must focus on the things first w/c pleases god and prepare yourself spiritually before pursuing a romantic relationship.
