I Kissed Dating Goodbye

by Joshua Harris

While most Christians agree to seek purity and save sex for marriage, few have been given a blueprint for how that should affect their view of dating and love. This book has helped me learn to wait, allow God to protect my heart, and prepare me for a God honoring relationship! The truth is sometimes we do feel like we are ready for a dating relationship and we know exactly why we want it but be careful not to be deceived by your emotion and your age!
it's about re-scaling your mindset, motivations, and purpose in dating!

the book encourages us to stay pure until we are ready to get married. it is a struggle to be pure but it is all worth it..when we wait..

Wow, what a book. I got this as a Christmas present and once I started reading it, I did not stop until I finished it. Initially, I was not interested in it because I had the impression that it was a preachy book that quoted Bible passages on every page. But my friend who gave it prodded me to give it a shot, so I did. I love the book's honesty. I found my self underlining passages, making notes in the edges and crying as I turned the pages. This book changed my perspective in dating and relationships.
