“Lund isn't what I would call a great writer but I love this series for its careful attention to historical accuracy. It also poignantly portrays what the early Saints went thru.”

“I listened to this on CD. It's a very easy book to listen to. I love historical fiction and enjoyed the pioneer stories. The writing style isn't my favorite (too cheesy & redundant), but an enjoyable and interesting story.”
