This is a must read for anyone interested in marketing, strategy, or product development. While many of the core concepts in this book were first written about by James Utterback in his seminal work "Mastering the Dynamics of Innovation", Christensen was able to crystallize these concepts by bringing them to life by explaining the dynamics of the disk drive industry.

Read this book, consider the sequel, but stay away from the final in the series.
