• J.D, aka John Dennis Fitzgerald: He's the youngest brother, often the victim, and a reluctant admirer of big brother Tom. He's also the narrator of the tales.
• T.D. aka Tom Dennis Fitzgerald: Known as the Great Brain, Tom is the local con man, even if he is only 10 years old. He outwits almost everyone in town with often hilarious results. Occasionally, however, his escapades backfire.
• S.D. aka Sweyn Dennis Fitzgerald.: The oldest brother and usually a bully or victim of his younger brother. He's got their back when it counts, though.
• Mama: She is Nordic and smart and tries to stay on top of Tom's schemes.
• Papa: He is always up for a new invention. Some are hits and some are duds. Special Talent.
• Mamma: Is the one who normally ends up helping to sort out the messes T.D. has gotten J.D. into. very genourous.
