It is real amazing facts. I wonder if these critical information is not known to african leaders. In any situation, real change has to start with the top leadership as are the ones often and infact needed to give directions and vision of the their countries. Short of that we are in for it. It is true, a master will always want to remain a master in all generations of mankind and will not want his slaves liberate even at a cost of blood as oftenly witnessed. The Nkrumas serve example. However, it still boils down to the attitude and decisions of the top leadership to say no and change direction. It may neccistate changes( reductions) in their national budgets so that they spend what they earn. But perhaps it is also the issue of education system. IT does not come into the mind for all these to happen and be accepted by the top officials responsible for the welfare of their nations. Perhaps they dont understand these fishy tricks by the masters. We need well eductaed, and committed leaders who can foresee the future and have the courage of saying no. They should not be corrupt anyway. The late president , Mwl. Nyerere of Tanzania served a best example.

As an Indonesian I'm very disturbed that my country seems to have been sold to U.S.of A. by my own politician since the late 60's, as Mr.Perkins wrote in Confession of EHM and Secret History. But I don't blame U.S. of A. 100% because it is our politician ignorance and greed that brought misery to my country, persuaded and encouraged by money and power from U.S. of A.'s economic arms (IMF, World Bank) and Military funding.
