“Light on Snow by Anita Shreve
Light on Snow is the story of a family torn apart by lost and how the remaining members learn how to heal. A father and his young daughter leave the big city after their wife/mother and their youngest daughter die in a car crash. The father is basicialy running from the past and his pain dragging his daughter to the edge of civilation. On one of their day walks into the woods they find a new born infant abandoned in the snow. This event helps start the healing process for the two.
I really enjoyed this book. It was such a quick and easy reading. I would have finished it in one day if I had the time. This was my first book by Anita Shreve and I really enjoyed it. I will be reading more by her, I have a couple already on the shelf.”
