Bobby completed his adventure at Denduron but when he returned to Second Earth, his family and house was gone. As a traveler he begins another quest to save the territory of Cloral. He finds lots more friends and learns being a traveler is not as easy as he thinks.

  • Bobby Pendragon: Narrator of his journals; traveler from Second Earth; Saint Dane's primary chew toy. His first name is actually Robert.
  • Saint Dane: Villain; seeks to aid people in the destruction of their own civilization.
  • Press Tilton / Uncle Press: Bobby's Uncle; also, a traveler from Second Earth; cool headed in bad situations, decisive.
  • Vo Spader: Aquaneer, Traveler from Cloral but doesn't know it, likeable and charismatic, but also knows how to be serious when he needs to be.
  • Wu Yenza: Spader's boss. The head aquaneer.
  • Zy Roder: Pirate that seeks to stir up trouble by demanding food from the habitat of Grallion. ( Saint Dane)
  • Ty Manoo: One of the agronomers directly responsible for the crisis
  • Po Nassi: One of the agronomers directly responsible for the crisis.
  • Andy Mitchell: Bully of Mark Dimond, Bobby's acolyte.
  • Loor: The traveler from Zadaa. Best friend to Bobby.
  • Kalaloo: He helped Bobby, Spader, and Uncle Press into Faar.
  • Mark Dimond: Bobby's best friend. He reads the journal from Bobby with Courtney.
  • Courtney Chetwynde: She has kissed Bobby and feels close to him. She is Mark's companion who shares the secret of Bobby and the travelers.

  • Grolo's: A tavern-like place that sells the most popular beverage on Cloral- sniggers!
  • Stony Brook: Bobby's hometown on Second Earth. Mark and Courtney live there, too.
  • Lost City Of Faar: A land mentioned in a popular Cloral legend. The Lost City of Faar is supposed to be the only piece of dry land on Cloral. It eventually got flooded over. Nobody knows if it is real.
