“I'm glad I read this after I read Ape and Essence because I'm not sure if I would have continued to read Huxley's books if I'd started with this one. Many people are shocked or horrified at the lot of this book, but think Orwell did a much better job at protraying the realistic world just around the corner in 1984. I hated the ending of this book. It didn't make any sense to me whatsoever. I love Huxley and his views, but I was less than impressed with this. Still, there were deifintely some good points, and a good bibliohile's shelf isn't complete without it.”
