This book is a mostly wordless collection of morbid comics. Some of the methods that the bunnies use to commit are so terrible and terribly inventive that you have to laugh, or else you'll cry. Other methods are just gross. Readers who enjoyed this book might also enjoy the German "Nicht Lustig" comic series, which includes suicidal lemmings.

I LOVE THIS BOOK. What makes it extra awesome is that my pet bunny has chewed this book completely up. He even managed to tear off the front cover. I took pictures of him sitting on this book - so funny. Who kne bunnies were that depressed?

I know this is morbid and sick, but I never claimed to not like such things. You don't know why the bunnies want to kill themselves. You don't know why they don't just drink poison and be done with it. You don't care. It's a very creative book full of bunnies finding unusual ways to off themselves. Some of them are really sick, and some of them are just funny; since you don't really actually get to see the violence for the most part, it's almost Looney Tunes-esque, where you could imagine the bunny going through with it and popping back up with stars circling his head. (Hey, we're trained to imagine it that way from cartoons, right?)

I read this while working in a bookstore. My favorite involved a bunny refusing to get on the Ark as the rain started to fall. . . .

Riley brings us twisted but clever wordless comic strips about adorable bunnies who "just don't want to live anymore. Highly recommended.

A strange and disturbing book with sick humor... still oddly appealing in a twisted sort of way. I think that the review on the cover says it all: "Watership Down for the deeply sick. Very imaginative, very funny, very worrying if you're the author's mother." -Richard Curtis. Sreen-riter, director, producer" is the way it was spelled there too... honest.

OK so the book is a bit twisted and darkly humorous. We all need books that make us realize it could be worse.
