Only few minutes are required everyday to improve reading speed, which is very handy in today's busy life...”
“Excellent book! Each chapter was meant to be read in one day. The author gives you examples of how to improve reading speed without jeopardizing comprehension. I improved my speed about 50% with no loss in comprehension.”

However, I read at a faster pace and I find this book not too useful. According to the book, I'm reading at it's top level and this is not the book that can improve my reading speed. Though, it did improve my comprehension level somewhat when I do the comprehension quizzes on every section, reading the explanations of the correct answer.”

Abby Marks-Beale gives the reader many different methods or tools to choose from. Not every tool works for everyone and Mrs. Marks-Beale makes that quite clear. The reader is also provided with self tests to be timed so that progress can be measured. In the course of the 10 days I certainly made progress and I believe that the skills I learned in this book will continue to help me read faster and with better comprehension.
The language of this book is plain and simple, the methods are easy to apply, and there are places to record your progress and see how you are doing.
I would recommend this book to anyone who would like to improve their reading speed AND comprehension.”
