I actually liked this one better than the "A conspiracy of paper". I finished it in two days while it took me about a month to finish the previous one.

This book is the sequel to THE CONSPIRACY OF PAPER. I admit to liking the sequel a little less than the first. Benjamin Weaver, the repeat protagonist, is as daring as in the first tale, but the main storyline is much less involving.

Pretty good mystery novel... Similar to Liss' first novel "Conspiracy Of Paper", he gives a good historic account of 18th Century London, while creating an engaging storyline with it.

Benjamin Weaver returns. Not quite as good as A Conspiracy of Paper, I felt, but an enjoyable book all the same.
