This book was recommended to me by Jamie Matthews, one of my professors at Acton. The title pretty much tells what it's about... it takes a look at companies that reached a certain size, and then chose to stay that way to keep the "mojo" that makes them worth working for/in, and allows them to connect with their customers and communities.
