The most condensed, least cryptic, and most illuminating writings of the master of Modern Magick.

As with all of Crowley's writings, you should first read everything he's ever written, and then begin to read his books.

Crowley's obscurity in qabalistic ritual and his own arcane associations reaches a peak in this little volume of just under a hundred chapters. Originally intended as a guide for initiates this actually requires greater depth of knowledge and for the acolyte this is part minefield-part quicksand. One will strongly detect the game of Crowley in this volume, in leading some astray and hoping those with true vision see beyond his "mistakes" and read between the lines. Ultimately an extension of the ego.

Every therapist should read this one, for the way it combines profound archetypal images, metaphysical prescriptions for living and humor.
