A truly wonderful introduction to the series. Skye, a school psychologist, is a character that many women can relate to. I definitely recommend this series to anyone who enjoys cozies.

Again, a quick read. Skye, and the other characters, are becoming more defined. All are very human, with flaws just like us! In this one, an actress is murdered. But who knew who she really was??

Being a social worker myself, I found this to be a fun read. I found the ending to be a bit weak and forced, but that may have just been because I’d had a hard day. Who knows? But I do plan to read the second in the series and hopefully the rest. Skye is the kind of person that I think I’d be friends with in real life, and I like her nerve.
