“Very very emotional. I sort of liked how the book was from the entire family's perspective changing from each character at each chapter. In the end I did cry and couldn't believe Anna had to go through so much, as well as her family. I supported Anna's decision to sue her parents in order to share her voice and views on being a donor to her sister.”

“Great book. It's too bad most people will only see the movie, which had a completely different ending. Jodi Picoult's books are always thought provoking. If you get a chance, read Change of Heart.”

“Probably the best of Picoult's works. Her other books are like cookie modes -- more or less the same. The decision to tell a story from different perspectives can be seen as a writerly help. Or perhaps a reflection of the lack of readerly intelligence. ”

“I actually began the book last year and never finished. And I wanted to read the entire book before I saw the movie, so I started the whole thing over. I absolutely loved this book regardless of how sad it was. I'm not going to knock Anna at all. If I was her, I would have done the same thing if I was her. But at the same time I was feeling really bad for Kate. The ending surprised me a whole lot. I wasn't expecting any of it. And I hadn't had any ideas of what the ending would be either. I recommend it to everyone!”
