“An interesting analysis of what can go wrong on a team and how to address specific issues. I like the way this is framed, initially with a "fable" about how a dysfunctional team at a fictitious start-up, then with practical discussion of how to apply the principles discussed in the story.

The emphasis on trust and group results rather than individual accomplishment particularly rang true for me.”
