As the book is in more story format, it is very interesting and the story demostrates practically how the team can oversome its dysfunctions to achieve results. ”

I like the way this is framed, initially with a "fable" about how a dysfunctional team at a fictitious start-up, then with practical discussion of how to apply the principles discussed in the story.
The emphasis on trust and group results rather than individual accomplishment particularly rang true for me.”
“It's another of those business novels which you cannot resist completing in one sitting. While you read you cannot control relating the characters in the book to some of your real world colleagues...”

I liked the team strategies proposed and found the book to be helpful.”
