It is written as a fiction story to illustrate the five dysfunctions of a team: absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability, and inattention to results. It is a quick and easy read, and the story is interesting. I think I am just getting used to the medium.”

It is amazing how many organizations with gifted individuals do not do well because the individuals never truly become a team. I love the Fable method Lencioni uses to get his point across. ”
