I thought this book was very readable. I felt like I was reading a mystery novel.
It was very interesting to see the dynamics of working in teams played out in this way.

I was surprised to see how working to full potential can be supported and sabatoged by people who are well-meaning.

This book helped us a team to deal with disagreement(conflict) since as a team, we were concerned about "not hurting anybody's feelings" rather than dealing with our disagreements. As a result, our team became stronger and our level of professioanlism increased!

Light weight. Focuses on what "not to do" instead of what "to do." The strongest part of the book deals with conflict and the fact that it's important to explore differing points of view. Read that chapter and forget the rest.

This was the book that I read that got me going on the other books. I was able to hear him speak in Washington DC, and he was the best speaker I've ever heard. The book is a most if you are a part of a team, planning on being part of one in the future... there is not a more practical book that I've read about teams and their power and how-to. A must read!!!!
