1. Absense of trust
2. Fear of conflict
3. Lack of commitment
4. Avoidance of accountability
5. Inattention to results”
“Easy book to read about teamwork. We quote a few of the principles of this book in our Thomas Reprographics leadership training. ”

Written in scenario style, Lencioni does a fair job of walking us through the transition of a dysfunctional team.
Readable, and barely noteworthy.”
