“This was the book that I read that got me going on the other books. I was able to hear him speak in Washington DC, and he was the best speaker I've ever heard. The book is a most if you are a part of a team, planning on being part of one in the future... there is not a more practical book that I've read about teams and their power and how-to. A must read!!!!”
