Has some great insights into teams, specifically the individual differences in personality traits. I read this as part of a camp leadership team. We had some great discussion around the triangle hierarchy presented in the book. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone desiring a deeper look into team building.

A brilliant book with a fictional narrative to engage readers and simplify understanding. As I read the book, I could relate to the various dysfunctions and could picture various stages and levels the teams that I was a part of during my career failed at; making it more effective in my mind to understand what I could have done and can do to avoid similar problems.

Definitely a must have on the bookshelf for any person leading, managing or participating in a team.

This is a good book on teamwork, specifically on five dysfunctions that might keep your team from functioning well. It is an easy read: most of the book is told as a fable about a team that demonstrates the dysfunctions. My team at work used this book to guide discussion about how to improve our teamwork in these five areas.

This is a frightening overview of how badly many management teams go astray and what to do about it.

Forget that this is a business management book. Although it could be helpful in bettering the performance of your team, even better than that is that it will probably be the best book you'll read this year. It's written like a psychological thriller, with conflicts, heroes, flawed people, and surprise twists and turns to the story. I highly recommend it.
