Didn’t Like It“Light weight. Focuses on what "not to do" instead of what "to do." The strongest part of the book deals with conflict and the fact that it's important to explore differing points of view. Read that chapter and forget the rest.” see full review » see other reviews » |

Written in scenario style, Lencioni does a fair job of walking us through the transition of a dysfunctional team.
Readable, and barely noteworthy.”

“I thought this book was very readable. I felt like I was reading a mystery novel.
It was very interesting to see the dynamics of working in teams played out in this way.
I was surprised to see how working to full potential can be supported and sabatoged by people who are well-meaning.”
“Great book about teams and the dysfunctions in the work place. Lord help me to deal with my new group of colleagues.”

As a result, our team became stronger and our level of professioanlism increased!”
