Not Cook’s best writing effort. Scientists have discovered a way to “clone” a perfect “twin” bonobo for the purposes of harvesting donor organs. The forensic doctor team is on the case, getting roughed up by mobsters, and flying to Cogo to check things out. Lots of far out stuff here with dialogue that demands a “huh?” Oh well. Very interesting! A scientific story with a thriller setting, but the ending is a bit abrupt, if the author had elaborated it abit, it would have been better. One wonders after reading this book that maybe such things are actually happening somehwere in the world.
