“Being so long ago since I read this book I might need to pick it back up and start it over again.. but then I realize that this book is more of a bathroom reader then something you would take to school or work. When I first bought this book I wasn't into reading (Look at my about me) however I did enjoy looking through some of the ridiculous "manly" things that are depicted in this book.
I have to say it was fun to read however nothing special. I do give this a 3 star rating for the fact that I like humour and this brings plenty to the table.

It was also one of the rare books to case physical changes in me while I read: my back began to sprout tufts of hair, my testosterone levels tripled, and my ovary headbutting technique greatly improved.”

I know to shut up when my man plays video games and to never stand next to anyone when at the urinals. I also have a newfound appreciation for pirates and lumberjacks, and now find only this acceptable when I search for a boyfriend. LOL I love this book, and I love Maddox. His humor is crass and offensive which you have to be a certain kind of man to appreciate. On a side note my husband hates Maddox :)”

People who are unlikely to enjoy this book are women and guys who put product in their hair. Hippies wouldn't like this book either. But hippies aren't so much human as they are sub-human trolls.
Overall, I'd say the content on Maddox's website is much funnier than his book. But this is a very noble effort to tear down political correctness and other silly notions such as feminism, environmentalism and vegetarianism. The book does an especially good job at pointing out how stupid kids are. "Kids sure have a lot of dumb ideas about the world." ”
