It has become so beloved that any criticism of it is a bit like taking a club and pounding said fawn on the head, so I won’t mention...” see full review » see other reviews » |
“At first, the vocabulary used was a bit confusing. But I got into it. It's interesting. ”

Jem and Scout are one of the most strong characters I have ever read about, their perseverance really made this book the classic it is today. Harper Lee has done a great job on showing the people of the world, what Maycomb, Alabama was in the 1930's. Job well done!”

Then I was assigned to read it for school in 10th grade and just became engrossed with it. One of the best books I have ever read.”
