“A terrible dip in quality for the series, a great fall after The Order of the Phoenix (which was itself not quite the best of them). How pointless this one seemed, how gratuitous. I think I remember there was a lot of snogging...yes? A few unimaginably-stupid-brother-patronises-sister-who-has-a-pugnacious-jawline scenes? That's all I remember. Why couldn't Rowling have finished Ron off in this one? It's inconceivable that such a halfwit could survive when there are death-eaters on the loose killing immeasurably more talented people.”
