Malcom Gladwell is a wonderful story teller and communicator, bringing the reader a really personal "thin slice" of each person he introduces into his explanations. I'm tempted to read it again (after just finishing it for the first time) because there's so much to get out of it that I feel like there's still more to learn from re-reading. Highly recommended.”
