Wonder expression of concepts important to business and life, backed up with serious research. Collins raises the bar high with Good to Great.

does anyone know when Jim Collins next book will be out? I have searched the web but can't find any leads. He's due for another one. I guess he's just riding the Good to Great wave as long as he can.

I am not a big Non-fiction reader - one of the guys that I work with recommended this. It was a very interesting read with some 'great' ideas that work even outside the business world.

Hats off to Jim Collins and team for such an in-depth study. Specially some of the concepts like the Hedgehog's Concept and Stockdale Paradox are so simple and yet so difficult to think about in normal terms (specially when it's a complicated world arount)
A must read for every soul who wants to become a successful leader. The formula is in there. The Title Good to Great speaks all that's required.
