“Its a dry read. Not as gripping as 'Blink', put equally unputdownable for the sheer depth of information. I particularly found the power of context illuminating and reassuring for the fact that Gladwell pointed out just how many do not take this into account when evaluating people and their behaviour.This helped me see why perhaps, those who do this quite naturally, are suspect! Although the intention of the book seems to be for purposes of marketing and business, it is equally valid for interactions of the everyday kind.”
