“Khaled's narrative style gripping and authentic. Makes you travel in time and Afghanistan. Even though it is a novel, it provides a lot of education in history as well. There were few places where I felt as if I was watching a Bollywood movie (that I did not see before!), but it still was a gripping book and worth reading.”
